There’s no need to change your health plan or your doctors. Interwell 360 works with your existing doctors to support your kidney health, with answers and advice from kidney experts just a phone call away. The program is available at no additional cost to eligible members with certain Aetna, Humana, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina health plans.
