O'Connor joins Interwell Health as the organization continues to demonstrate exceptional growth and clinical excellence. Since the strategic merger of Cricket Health, Interwell Health, and Fresenius Health Partners in August 2022, the company has expanded its national network to over 2,300 nephrologist partners and manages care for more than 145,000 patients nationwide.
