Carney Taylor, MD, MBA
Associate Chief Medical Officer, Interwell Health
Dr. Carney Taylor brings more than 20 years of clinical experience as a leading nephrologist to his role as Associate Chief Medical Officer at Interwell Health. He most recently served as the Co-President of Eastern Nephrology Associates in North Carolina. Dr. Taylor is a double-board certified physician in nephrology and internal medicine and holds a medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine, an MBA degree from East Carolina University, and a BA from the Virginia Military Institute. Dr. Taylor completed his residency and fellowship in nephrology at Vanderbilt University.
Jessica Demaline, MSW
Senior Vice President of Healthcare Operations, Interwell Health
Jessica Demaline leads clinical and nonclinical teams for Interwell Health, providing care management and coordination services to CKD and ESKD patients with a focus on value-based kidney care. As Senior Vice President of Healthcare Operations, she brings over 18 years of experience in behavioral health, medical social work, and care operations. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Care Operations for Fresenius Medical Care.
Jessica earned her BSW from Defiance College, and her MSW in social work from the University of Toledo.
Julie Dominguez, MD
Medical Director, Interwell Health
Dr. Julie Dominguez brings a breadth of experience in academic nephrology, private practice nephrology, teaching, and value-based care to her role as Medical Director at Interwell Health. She brings her passion for excellent clinical care to provide best-in-class nephrology services and design programs serving patient and clinician partners. She held prior roles as Assistant Clinical Professor at University of California San Diego and as an Associate Program Director for an Internal Medicine residency program in Riverside, California, where she received recognition for her clinical and teaching excellence. Dr. Dominguez also has private practice experience with groups in California and Oklahoma.
Dr. Dominguez received her MD at the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center in 2007. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Duke University and went on to complete her Nephrology fellowship at the University of California San Diego.
