INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 cup of broccoli florets, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup of cucumber, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup shredded carrots
- 1⁄4 cup of red onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup of almonds
- 1 cup of lettuce, torn
Directions
1. Make the salad dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and garlic.
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients with the salad dressing.
3. Serve and enjoy.
